3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed via our Shopify-powered website

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • Incorrect pricing has been applied due to error

  • Products are unavailable

If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, cut-off times, and delivery areas are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The delivery address provided is accurate

  • You are available to receive the delivery or have provided suitable delivery instructions
