Nutritional Edge
❄️ Frozen Delivery
All Nutritional Edge meals are cooked, frozen, and shipped frozen via DPD.
Orders will arrive frozen or within safe temperature limits, suitable for immediate transfer to your freezer, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
🚚 Delivery Days & Cut-Off Times

Delivery day: Saturdays only

Order cut-off: Thursday at 8:00pm for Saturday delivery
Delivery times cannot be pre-scheduled.
On the morning of delivery, DPD will send you a text or email with:

A one-hour delivery window
-
Live tracking, including map tracking when out for delivery
📦 Packaging & Food Safety
All meals are:
-
Stored and prepared in line with EHO food safety guidelines

Packed in bespoke, thermally insulated packaging
-
Shipped with the appropriate number of freezer blocks to maintain frozen temperatures during transit
Independent testing confirms our packaging keeps food well within safe frozen temperature ranges throughout delivery.
🏠 If You Are Not Available at Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery day.
If you are not available:

The courier may leave the parcel in a suitable location

We cannot accept responsibility for goods left with neighbours or in accessible locations

If parcels are returned to the depot and re-delivered the following day, there is a high risk of defrosting
If your delivery is left unattended:

Transfer meals to the freezer as soon as possible

We cannot be held responsible for defrosted items once delivery has taken place
To reduce risk, we strongly recommend using the MyDPD app to:

Nominate a safe place
-
Leave instructions for a neighbour
-
Choose a shaded, secure location (e.g. garage or shed, out of direct sunlight)
If a delivery is made while the property is unoccupied, it is your responsibility to retrieve the parcel promptly and place meals in the freezer.
📍 Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot accept liability for delivery issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients
🇬🇧 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland UK only.
We do not deliver to:

Scottish Highlands
-
Channel Islands
-
Northern Ireland
⚠️ Delivery Issues or Concerns
If there is an issue with your delivery, please do not refuse the parcel, as this prevents us from carrying out necessary checks.
Instead:

Receive and bring your order inside

Take clear photos of:

The contents
-
Packaging
-
Any visible damage or defrosting

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Photos are required to allow us to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
