Returns & Refunds Policy

Nutritional Edge

Because we sell frozen, perishable food, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair, clear, and compliant with UK consumer law.


❄️ Perishable Food & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items once they have been delivered.

This is because:

  • Our meals are perishable

  • We cannot resell or re-freeze food once it has left our control

  • This protects food safety and hygiene standards

This is in line with UK consumer law exemptions for perishable goods.


🚚 Delivery Issues & Damaged Orders

If there is a problem with your delivery, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • Meals have defrosted in transit

  • Items are missing

  • Your order is incorrect

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (including packaging where possible)

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (full or partial, depending on the issue)


🕒 Delivery Delays Outside Our Control

We dispatch all orders frozen and packaged to maintain temperature during transit.

In rare cases where courier delays occur:

  • If meals arrive partially defrosted but still cold, they are safe to refreeze and consume

  • If meals arrive fully defrosted and warm, please contact us within 24 hours

We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate resolution.


🔁 Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded


🔄 Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you have a subscription:

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next scheduled dispatch

  • Changes must be made via your customer account before the order cut-off time shown in your account

Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be refunded.
