Ordering your meals has never been easier! Simply browse our range of handcrafted, chef-prepared meals and add your favourites to your cart. Choose from our flexible bundles of 6, 12, or 20 meals, and select your delivery day—either Sunday or Monday—to kickstart your week with nutritious, convenient meals. We’ll take care of the rest!
Yes, we offer a weekly subscription service designed for ultimate flexibility. Manage your subscription easily from the My Account section on our website. You can pause, skip, amend, or cancel at any time with just a couple of clicks.
We deliver across mainland UK using DPD’s next-day delivery service. On the morning of your chosen delivery day, you’ll receive a text and email with a 2-hour delivery window so you can plan your day. If you’re not home, you can use the link in your text to nominate a safe place for your delivery.

At Nutritional Edge, we believe in intentional nutrition—every ingredient in our meals is thoughtfully chosen to provide health and functional benefits, while also delivering exceptional taste. Our meals are crafted using natural, complete protein sources, such as premium chicken, beef, and beans, ensuring you get all the essential amino acids your body needs.

Handcrafted in small batches using fresh, whole ingredients, our meals are frozen at peak quality to lock in nutrients and flavour. We never use artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours—just real, honest food designed to fuel your busy lifestyle.
Convenience is key! Cook our meals directly from frozen in your microwave in just 4-6 minutes (times may vary depending on your microwave). Stir well, ensure your meal is piping hot, and enjoy! Alternatively, you can defrost and heat them in a pan.

We’re proud to use fully recyclable packaging for all our meals. Sustainability is at the core of what we do, and we’re committed to reducing waste while delivering your meals in perfect condition.
To keep your meals fresh, unpack them and place them in your freezer immediately upon arrival. This ensures they’re ready whenever you need them.
