At Nutritional Edge, we frequently offer special promotions and discount codes. While multiple offers may be available across our product range at any given time, please note that only one offer or discount code may be applied per order. Each code can be used only once per user.
Please be aware that discount codes are not applicable to our Subscriptions Platform, as our subscription service already provides the best pricing available.
For non-food items such as merchandise, customers can return purchased items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging suitable for resale.
Frozen or perishable food items cannot be returned unless they are of poor quality, damaged, faulty, or incorrect items were delivered. In such cases, please notify us within 3 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund.
If your goods have defrosted, please take pictures or a video of the products immediately (e.g., inserting a knife or fork into the product). Our packaging ensures products remain frozen until 18:00 on the delivery day. Partially defrosted foods are safe to refreeze if kept below 5 degrees for up to 4 hours. Refunds cannot be issued for foods defrosted due to incorrect storage.
We carefully review all orders upon receipt and reserve the right to refuse or refund any order up to the point of delivery, without reason. If an issue arises, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order.
