Please note: All our meals are frozen and shipped via DPD AM Delivery Service. They will arrive frozen or within the correct temperatures to transfer straight into your freezer unless otherwise stated in product descriptions.
Delivery Costs
- Orders under £70: £6 delivery charge
- Orders between £70 - £119.99: £3 delivery charge
- Orders £120 and above: Free delivery
- £5.50 surcharge for Saturday delivery
Delivery Times Please note: We currently deliver Tuesday to Saturday only.
- Orders placed on day 1 will be delivered on day 3 via DPD AM Delivery Service. The cut-off point for orders is 8pm to ensure day 1 for day 3 delivery (if space is available).
- Delivery times cannot be pre-scheduled. You will receive a text or email from DPD on the morning of your delivery with a one-hour delivery window.
- You can track your delivery on Google Maps in the UK when your item is out for delivery.
Delivery Regulations
- All produce is stored according to EH Guidelines and transported via DPD, the UK’s leading next day courier.
- Goods are packed in bespoke, thermally insulating box systems with the correct amount of freezer blocks to ensure your meals arrive in perfect condition.
What if I am out when my food arrives?
- It is your responsibility to be available for delivery on your specified day. At checkout, select a suitable delivery date when you are available to receive your order.
- If you are not available, we cannot be responsible for goods left with neighbors or in accessible storage places that may be stolen.
- If no one is available to receive the goods, the courier will leave the goods in a suitable place. If returned to the depot and delivered the next day, there is a high possibility they will have defrosted.
- Transfer your meals to the freezer as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for defrosted items left/ kept outside of frozen temperature range after your specified delivery has taken place.
- Use the MyDPD app to specify “leave in a safe place” or “leave with neighbour” instructions. The location should be out of direct sunlight, such as in or behind a shed or garage.
- If delivered when the property is unoccupied, it is your responsibility to check the agreed location and return the meals to the freezer promptly.
- We cannot accept liability for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. Double-check the address you provide.
Is it safe to send food by courier?
- Absolutely. We ensure our goods reach you in pristine condition. Independent tests show our bespoke insulated boxes and ice packs keep your order well within frozen temperatures during transit.
Delivery Areas Please note: We currently deliver to mainland UK only.
- We do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland.
What should I do if I have an issue with my delivery?
- Do not refuse your delivery, as this prevents us from carrying out relevant checks.
- Receive and take in your order before emailing us at info@nutritionaledge.co.uk.
- Immediately take photos of how your order has been received. This will help us address your issue promptly and is a requirement to enable us to address any issues for you.
