Ordering with us couldn't be easier! Simply select which meals you would like, add these to your cart and then simply checkout selecting your specific delivey day, we will take care of the rest!. You can even choose one of our pre-set bundles making it even easier! Follow our simple steps to order your game changing meals prepared using fresh ingrediants and produced by our chefs in Devon.
All our meals are stored and sent frozen, so we would recommend you keep them frozen by popping them into your freezer upon receiving them. This helps to reduce waste and preserve the meals ready for when you need them.
Our brand is all about convenience for busy people just like you! That’s why you can cook our meals direct from frozen in your microwave. They take 4-6 mins depending on your microwave, ensure they are piping hot, stir and enjoy! No need to worry if you don't have a microwave, you can also defrost and and cook in a pan, or even use one of our heated lunchboxes!
You only sell bundles, can I buy individual meals?
As everything we send out is frozen, we need a certain volume within each box to ensure that the products remain frozen in transit – if we send out just one of our amazing meals, it is highly likely it will defrost on it’s way to you. We are currently stocked in lots of gyms, retailers and supplements shops across the southwest and growing day by day so you can just pop in and pick one up to try. Drop us a message and we’ll get back to you with your nearest stockist. We also offer a small 12 meal taster bundle for you to get a real feel and taste for our awesome chef developed Devon meals!
I have allergies to certain foods, how do I know if my meals contain any allergies?
Here at Nutritional Edge we understand that everyone is unique and this is why we operate with complete clarity in our products, every one of our amazing meals lists all ingredients used and clearly highlights any allergies contained within. How do my meals get delivered?
All our bundles of meals come on a DPD next day AM delivery service. You can select the best day for you at the time of placing your order, you will then get a text/ email in the morning confirming your 1 hr delivery slot so you can plan your day.
What do I do with my meals when they arrive?
We highly recommend you store your meals in the freezer. Simply unpack and place straight into your freezer immediately upon arrival.
Do I need to cook my meals?
All of our meals are pre-cooked before being frozen, this means if you want one of our amazing meals but don’t have access to a microwave, you can simply defrost and eat chilled directly out of the pot, awesome!

Unfortunately we cannot advise that our meals are halal as they are assembled in a non-halal development kitchen. We are working towards becoming a certified Halal kitchen so please follow us for further developments as we become officially certified."
Do your meals contain any artificial colours or preservatives?
We are proud to say that all of our meals are carefully crafted in our bespoke development kitchen in the heart of Devon and contain no added artificial colours, flavours or preservatives meaning you don’t need to be a PhD qualified nutritionist to read and understand our ingredients list.
